We stand behind the quality of our tools. If you purchase any product from Prime Digital Space and find that it doesn't meet your expectations or doesn't work for your workflow, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

How to Request a Refund

Because Paddle processes our transactions, there are two ways to request your refund:

• Option A (Direct): Reply to the email receipt you received from Paddle upon purchase. Their support team will process the refund.
• Option B (Through Us): Email us at support@primedigitalspace.com with your Order ID or the email used for purchase. We will initiate the refund request with Paddle on your behalf.

Processing Time

Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank.

Product Access

Please note that upon receiving a refund, your license to use the product is revoked, and you must delete all downloaded files and templates.
