End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. General Scope

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and Prime Digital Space ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our digital products, including but not limited to spreadsheet templates, resume templates, and dashboards (collectively, "Products").

Note regarding our Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries regarding payments, tax, and handles returns.

2. Grant of License

Upon purchase, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to use the Products for your personal and internal business purposes, subject to the limitations set forth below.

3. Permitted Usage

You are permitted to:

Download and use the Products for your personal or direct business needs.
Modify and customize the templates (e.g., adding your own logo, changing colors) to suit your personal or internal business workflows.
Generate and export reports, PDFs, or outputs from the Products to share with your direct clients or stakeholders as part of a service you provide.

4. Prohibited Usage

You are strictly prohibited from:

Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, or distributing the original or modified Product files to third parties.
Offering the Products (or a heavily modified version thereof) as a standalone digital download for free or for sale.
Using the Products to create a competing product or service.
Publishing the source files (e.g., Google Sheets links with "Viewer" or "Editor" access) on public forums or websites where they can be copied by others.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in and to the Products are owned by Prime Digital Space. The purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the Products to you.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Products in your possession.
